We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Engagement Specialist to join our team at Endava. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate with a strong interest in sales , a passion for storytelling, and a flair for crafting compelling narratives.
As a Sales Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in developing engaging materials that support our sales team in driving conversations with potential clients and expanding our market presence. This position offers the opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment, making a tangible impact on our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of Sales Materials: Create a variety of engaging and visually appealing materials, including presentations, infographics, and case studies, using tools like Canva and PowerPoint. Your work will help the commercial sales team effectively communicate the value of Endava’s services to potential clients.
- Sales Plays and Strategic Tools: Develop and maintain sales plays, battle cards, and client value proposition decks that equip the sales team with structured approaches and insights to engage prospects effectively and drive successful outcomes.
- Sales Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the commercial sales team to develop materials for sales campaigns, such as email templates, social media posts, and digital brochures, that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
- Sales Enablement Resources: Assist in developing tools that empower the commercial sales team to engage with prospects at different stages of the sales cycle. This includes crafting pitch decks, FAQs, and product sheets that highlight Endava’s expertise.
- Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the materials you create are relevant, innovative, and competitive. Provide insights and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of sales materials.
- Strategic Collaboration with Sales Team: Partner closely with the commercial sales team to develop materials that are precisely aligned with Endava’s strategic positioning and market goals. Your work will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring that all materials effectively communicate our unique value propositions, resonate with target audiences, and support the execution of high-impact sales strategies.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from the commercial sales team and other stakeholders to refine and improve your work. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive narratives that effectively convey complex ideas.
- Creativity and Design Expertise: Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other design tools to create visually appealing and impactful materials.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure all materials are error-free and professionally presented.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with the commercial sales team, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Interest in Sales: A genuine interest in sales and an understanding of how your work can drive sales outcomes.
