As an Oracle HCM SME, you will be primarily responsible for providing advanced system support and maintenance for the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. In this role, you will ensure the continuous performance and stability of Oracle HCM, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction. As a SME, you will also manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations, as well as offer expert guidance on best practices for using the system effectively.

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Oracle HCM technical issues and leading system upgrades or patches.
- Experience in managing configurations and system performance optimisation for cloud-based HCM platforms, particularly Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience on the capability of HCM application with emphasis on Core HR, OTL, and payroll integration.
- Experience in managing Oracle-related projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and project management practices.
