Join our fast-paced Procurement Continuous Improvement team at easyJet, where no two days are the same. This dynamic role offers the chance to work across various business functions, keeping every day fresh and engaging. As part of a team managing £3.5 billion in external spend annually, you'll gather and create meaningful reports to drive procurement strategies, while maximising value through spend analysis, alongside supporting contract record management and leading day-to-day queries on our e-Procurement platform (Scout - Workday). You'll be integral to the delivery of procurement training and the identification of opportunities for process improvement.

You'll become the go-to person for data and systems queries, supporting both regular tasks and ad hoc requests from the Procurement team and stakeholders. You'll assist with supplier and contract database management, improving data quality for meaningful reporting, and contributing to monthly supplier management reviews. As a Procurement Ambassador, you’ll promote procurement compliance and help shape the future of procurement at easyJet.
What you need to do the role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual with a strong understanding of procurement functions and processes to join our team at easyJet. You will be comfortable working with large volumes of data and have experience with Procure-to-Pay/Accounts Payable processes within an ERP system. You will have excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with proven experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be resilient, adaptable to ambiguity, and have strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. A degree or equivalent experience is required, and working towards a CIPS certification is a plus. An understanding of IT interactions between processes and related systems is essential. LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
