Your Mission
We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Campaign Manager (w/m/d) to handle our account-based marketing, social media, search engine advertising (SEA), and media campaigns inhouse. The ideal candidate is a fluent (C2) English speaker with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable growth and achieve our business goals.
THE WORK YOU WILL DO:
- Develop performance marketing strategies with your line manager and be responsible for the execution across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media.
- Create, monitor, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to achieve the best results.
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of
account-based marketing and SEA.
Your profile
- Fluent English speaker (C2).
- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
- Experience with budget management and achieving high ROI in marketing campaigns.
