£100 Billion plus is illegally laundered through the UK yearly, £700 Billion to £1.7 Trillion globally, and accounts funding terrorism are growing at an unprecedented scale.
But we can’t change anything, so news like this becomes background noise.
You can change it using your experience manually testing complex software and join this 100-person company based in Andover, spearheading the fight against financial crime and providing solutions to financial institutions, banks, regulators, cryptocurrency exchanges, and whole countries, dealing with people right at the top.
You’ll join a seven-person QA team, helping manage an aggressive release cycle of new functionality/changes.
Currently, around 80% of the work is repetitive manual regression testing, so the short-term challenge for the team is to choose and implement some AI tooling to help the team automate much of it without being expert coders, freeing the team to work on more interesting, complex stuff.
If you’re a senior test engineer aiming to become a test lead, that progression path is available and realistic here, but there is room for good seniors, too.
They’re also happy to pay for ISTQB pathway certifications to help you upskill and have a mentoring framework for you to get support and support others.
One or two days a week, you’ll work from their idyllic mansion, set within its beautiful grounds and boasting a gym with classes, a pool table, games machines and large distraction-free offices.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
You have a solid background in manually testing complex software applications and have shown examples of leadership even if you haven’t led a team or project (Like taking responsibility, mentoring and supporting others).
You’ll be proactive, won’t mindlessly take a ticket, and be comfortable constructively challenging people like Product Owners or Developers.
You know how to manage your time and are self-aware enough to know when to move on from getting stuck down a rabbit hole.
