A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Director to join a thriving and growing business based in Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the real estate, insurance, or legal sectors. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing key client relationships.
This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire, set ambitious targets, and deliver results! The successful candidate will have a proven record of converting high ticket sales either face to face, on the phone, or on Zoom. This will be achieved in a short funnel sales process as the customers often go from prospect to customer within days. You will be happy to adopt existing, proven processes to get results and have the ability to improve processes over time to enhance conversion rates.

The finer elements of the role include:
- Recruitment of new clients
- Sell additional products to clients
- Learn the company sales processes
- Participate in coaching/training programs as required
- Client coaching (Sales calls)
- Management of Affiliate Programs
- Management of upsells to clients
- Working in close collaboration with marketing executives
- Working in close collaboration with business owners to achieve the sales objectives and deliver objectives of the business
- Managing sales profitability
- Attend networking meetings on behalf of the business
- Responsibility for all clients who have reached the prospect phase onwards in the sales funnel
