- Head of Sales role managing 2 office based SDR's
- based 4 days per week from their Manchester office
- headcount to recruit two field sales professionals
- selling SaaS based solutions to the marketing / e-commerce departments of retail companies
- introduce and implement robust sales methodologies and processes
- increase sales in line with agreed targets
- manage the team as well as "hands-on" selling
- report to the MD and Chairman
- should have at least 4 years field sales experience and ideally 2 years in sales management
- will also consider exceptional sales professionals who are ready to step into management
- should have benefitted from formal sales training / structured approach to selling
- on upward curve in career
- demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- significant tenure in each role (no job hoppers)
- board of serial entrepreneurs with a long rolodex of successful exits
- disruptive and leading edge technology with a clear ROI
- clearly mapped route to exit (equity play here will be significant)
- have doubled revenue in the last 12 months
- fantastic work environment
