Job Description:
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of Independent Financial Advisers by ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial planning services. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of IFAs, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all documentation is completed and stored securely.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of client applications, including gathering required documentation and submitting paperwork in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is essential.
