Job Opportunity: Global HR Leader
Spencer Rigby has partnered with a global life science manufacturer to identify a key global HR leader for the global operations function. This critical role will support the worldwide organisation that comprises over 9 manufacturing sites, commercial activities in 30+ countries, and an ever-growing outsourced network.
As a key HRBP to the Executive leadership team, it's a high impact Human Resources opportunity that is hard to come by. Currently in the midst of their HR evolution, this role presents a massive opportunity to lead the continued improvement of the global operations and IT functions through:
- Talent development
- Network optimization
- Succession planning
- Process improvement
You will also gain access to global responsibilities with manufacturing and commercial activities in Europe, APAC, and the Americas. Reporting to the Chief of HR, this is a senior HR leadership opportunity.
Ideal Credentials Required
- Prior experience in International HR roles (US & Europe experience is essential).
- Experience leading HR strategy in unionised environments.
- Ideally, you will have experience in manufacturing organisations (although not essential).
- Strong appetite to act as a strategic business partner to the global Executive Leadership Team.
- Proven background implementing HR strategy that leverages data, reporting, and analytics.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, lean organisations.
- Experience working with remote HR service delivery.
