We have just taken on a brand new role for a retail business and are looking for IT service delivery managers looking for a role where they can develop their skills and career. You will be leading a small team to ensure a seamless and effective service desk, working closely with other departments and building relationships with suppliers. As the business grows you will have the opportunity to expand your skills into different areas, so an entrepreneurial approach and inquisitive mind would really suit this position/business.

Ideal Service Delivery Manager:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or leisure is beneficial
- Experience in a high-volume service department
- Able to own major incident and change process
- Team leadership - Motivation, support, and development
- ITIL knowledge hugely beneficial
- Excellent at building internal and external relationships
- Approachable, energetic, driven, ambitious, and empathetic
