A global investment manager is looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join their London team. This role will involve supporting various relationships with clients and fund distributors, maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation.
Key elements of the role :
- Responsible for managing service delivery for clients and distributors, ensuring an outstanding service.
- Meet with clients to discuss operational and servicing related activities on a regular basis.
- Support Sales and Client Directors based across regions to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Ensure various projects are controlled using effective communication and coordination.
- Develop strong relationships with counterparts at fund distributors.
- Overseeing legal agreements and related risks to meet requirements.
- Significant experience supporting fund distribution business and demonstrable knowledge of the operational complexities of global private banks.
- Knowledge and experience with onboarding new distribution relationships.
- Familiarity with upcoming regulatory changes within the wholesale channel.
- Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
- European language skills are beneficial.
