Account Director
Salary : £50,000 - £60,000 plus Bonus
Location : Manchester City Centre – Hybrid Working Model (2 days in the office per week)
Neulinx is excited to offer a leadership opportunity for an Account Director on behalf of our client, a premier full-service digital marketing agency. This role focuses on driving success for enterprise clients across various digital marketing services, with an emphasis on web development and large-scale digital initiatives. If you have a background in full-service agencies, working with enterprise clients, and a strong grasp of digital and technology services, this role is for you.
As an Account Director , you will be pivotal in shaping client strategy, managing enterprise-level relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns and web projects. You'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, championing their needs while ensuring alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
The Role
- Client Strategy & Partnership : Develop and execute bespoke strategic account plans for enterprise clients. Lead digital campaigns, including web build projects , and ensure seamless execution across all digital channels.
- Enterprise Client Engagement : Foster and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Project Leadership : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated campaigns and web development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Digital Marketing Oversight : Ensure comprehensive service delivery across digital marketing , eCommerce , SEO , PPC , and web development , in line with enterprise client goals and KPIs.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Market Insight & Innovation : Stay ahead of digital trends and technological advancements in the industry, identifying opportunities for clients to leverage new solutions.
About You
- Full-Service Digital Agency Experience : 4 years plus of experience working in a full-service digital marketing agency is essential, particularly managing enterprise-level clients. Proven success in delivering integrated campaigns across digital and web development channels.
- Enterprise-Level Client Management : Experience handling large-scale accounts with enterprise clients, managing digital marketing initiatives and overseeing web build projects from start to finish.
- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Magento, Umbraco Drupal), web development , and eCommerce platforms, along with a broad understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Commercial Acumen : Ability to balance creative and commercial priorities, ensuring client campaigns are both innovative and profitable.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to align client goals with agency services, ensuring high-impact solutions that drive growth and exceed client expectations.
