As the new Associate Environmental Consultant, you’ll be taking a lead on supporting company clientele based largely in the water and energy sectors.
Role Responsibilities:
- Undertake a key leadership role for the multidisciplinary teams that you shall oversee.
- Handle duties such as Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Management, and options appraisals.
- Moderate and review works, ensuring they are produced to the highest quality in conjunction with the company policy.
- Engage in report writing and ensure desired outcomes for engineering projects, meeting client needs regarding environmental outcomes.
- Handle a client-facing role, dealing with existing clientele and developing new relationships to generate further business for the company.
- Maintain an up-to-date skillset and improve your ability to adapt and overcome new challenges.
Requirements:
- Commitment to achieving excellence and driving personal growth through continuous training.
- Ability to handle clients in a calm, professional manner while managing their project requirements.
- Experience working/leading on large infrastructural developments with a strong working knowledge of standard EIA practices.
- Chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g., CIEEM).
- Proven experience in line managing teams and carrying out standard environmental surveys/reports.
