Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Marketing Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for driving impactful patient value solutions and ensuring the highest scientific standards in the field of rheumatology.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Marketing Solutions Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide local business units with impactful patient value solutions for implementation.
- Localize centrally developed EU solutions for the area in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements, and drivers.
- Align with the Medical Strategy Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in the area.
- Drive excellence in the usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning, and solution development.
Role Requirements

- Relevant degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
- Extensive industry experience in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory guidelines.
