Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered exclusively with a leading systematic investment management firm, on the growth of their incredibly successful HR team in London. They're keen to add an experienced HR Generalist to the team with expertise operating across the full employee lifecycle, the ability to work autonomously and support on global projects. This role reports into their HR Manager supporting several countries across the globe.

This role requires someone with proven expertise across HR in a fast-paced, scaling organisation with good knowledge of working in a regulated environment. You must have managed complex employee relations case end to end, and be able to excel in this area.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance management.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and employee handbooks.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with global HR team members across regions to participate in HR projects.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, pension plans, and other perks.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience required; preferably in financial services.
- Good employment law knowledge with solid employee relations experience.
- Reasoning and solution-focused problem solver with the ability to think critically and independently.
