BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION / NATURE OF WORK:
• Mediates between business and IT units in respective of system requirements. Translates the business requirements into functional design to achieve the end-state requirements.
• Conducts process re-engineering, research and analysis, as needed, during provision of solutions to business products, services and operational challenges.
• Conducts system testing ad prepares related test artefacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of Information Technology specifically on system implementation, progressive knowledge in basic programming, process engineering, system development life cycle (SDLC), business analysis and various project management tools.
• Proficient in business process and system impact analysis.
• Strong banking operations background/experience. Knowledge of Trade Finance and Loans products and operation is an edge.
• Strong business management and designing business process skills
• Ability to understand and articulate business requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to conduct and analyze business testing to review test scenarios/scripts/cases
• Knowledge in different IT platform and collaboration tools
• Ability to create informative analysis and concise presentation materials
