Requirements:
• Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
o Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
o Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
o Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
o Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
o Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within the Central Luzon region, particularly Bulacan and Pampanga.
