In this role, you will:
- Conduct regular field visits, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback and reports to CD.
- Communicate frequently with the Member base, focusing on business strategy and planning, including sales and recruitment performance, identified member training needs, sales and recruiting tools, and effective communication with members.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of Distributors practices and foster relationships that allow open and honest communication.
- Analyze relevant sales and DS statistics to identify strongest and weakest performing areas to ensure sustainable and duplicable models.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings or organization meetings with members to add value to their business and identify ideas for local events or initiatives aligned with leaders.
- Understand members' daily methods of operations and the way they conduct their businesses.
- Prepare the monthly Movers and Shakers report to support identifying the pulse of the market.
- Lead and work with Committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content, and agreed implementations.
- Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented professionally, timely, and effectively, as agreed with CD.
- Attend monthly meetings, HOMs, and other relevant local trainings as an Ambassador of the Company, as well as National, Regional, and International events as required.
- Learn and understand best practices, challenges, and opportunities within the field to promote and share in line with the growth agenda.
- Continuously foster sales activities and sales engagement.
Our requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with substantial experience in data analysis and presenting data.
- Excellent MS Office literate (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Track record of growing business in a sales-led environment.
- Experience in organizing and promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and masterclasses (preferable).
- Experience in managing budgets, market analysis, and analyzing sales figures.
- Proven DS relationship/integration experience.
- Able to converse and present to all levels of senior management and distributors, demonstrating rapport and long-term relationships with a variety of people to achieve common objectives.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Result-oriented, consistently working to achieve established goals.
- Highly distributor/customer focused with proven experience in this field.
- Self-starter, motivated, organized, flexible, with a 'Can do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on weekends if required.
