Job Description
Membership Administrator:
- Manage relationships with current and new members
- Manage member queries and gather trends to improve experience
- Manage the membership database, registering new members, updating leavers, and ensuring up-to-date information
- Support with event and meeting setup, both virtual and in-person
- Drive membership growth by working with the Communications team to deliver engaging content
The Successful Applicant
Membership Administrator:
- Previously worked or have knowledge of membership associations
- An interest in the non-profit sector
- Excellent administrative skills
- Previously worked in a customer/client facing role with excellent customer service skills
- Confident in the use of Excel for data entry and CRM systems
- Able to build relationships at all levels of contact
- Understanding of data protection
