Our client:
- One of the world’s leading drinks businesses and currently they are seeking a National Account Manager for a 7 month FTC maternity cover to manage a Top 4 Grocery retailer.
- This is a high-profile opportunity to work with some well-loved brands within a key retailer.
The role:
- We are looking for a National Account Manager to manage a Top Grocer across an important portfolio of world-renowned alcoholic drinks.
- You’ll have full responsibility for leading the interface with this key customer. Being able to quickly hit the ground running and maintain a deep understanding of the retailer, their shoppers, and strategy will be key to align for growth opportunities.
- Building on a solid platform and relationships, they are now looking for a capable National Account Manager to play a key role in achieving growth plans and strategically developing the relationship further within the contract capacity.
Ideal candidate:
- Given the fact it’s a FTC, we need someone with a proven track record of delivery at Grocery Account Management within a branded environment, whether that is alcoholic drinks, food & drink, or non-food.
- The portfolio comes with a degree of complexity (multi-brands, SKUs, promos, etc.), so individuals must have a strong analytical understanding, commercial modelling skills, and experience of leading sustainable change within teams or companies.
- Naturally, this is a demanding role which will require drive, ambition, enthusiasm, and creativity, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting, and commercial acumen.

- £50-60k plus £7,200 car allowance and bonus.
