The Role
As an Influencer Account Manager, you’ll play a key role working on the end-to-end delivery and execution of influencer campaigns for some of the hottest purpose-led brands in the world. You'll be the bridge between us and our amazing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and building deep, lasting relationships. What you'll be doing:
- Client Services: Lead & manage day-to-day delivery of client communications developing campaigns that meet and exceed deliverables, building deep & long-lasting relationships and spotting opportunities for account growth.
- Talent Management: Key liaison & involvement in talent selection process at pitch and campaign level using your insights & experience. Proactively develop and maintain strong agent, influencer and content creator relationships.
- Reporting: Creation of comprehensive client reports using agency tools to support planning and measurement. Responsible for reporting on finances, budget management, content and creator delivery to the Account Director.
- Strategy: Develop forward-thinking and impactful content strategies; show your experience and advice on what works from a delivery perspective with a comprehensive understanding of your clients’, their brands and products.
- Team Culture: Nurture & grow junior team members, working alongside the Account Director, with a collaborative & supportive approach to training and development.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the social media team to ensure we offer an integrated approach to clients.
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Influencer space.
- Project manager & organisational juggler: You are well versed at being day-to-day delivery lead on your accounts.
- Client lover: You build trusted relationships quickly & communicate effectively.
- Team player: You love to mentor and develop your junior team but know how to manage upwards too.
- Profitability & Planner: You know a rate card from a scope of work and how to balance the two.
- Integrator: You know how to integrate teams to make the magic happen (Strategy, Production, Paid, Influencer).
- Quality controller: You know what good looks like (and bad).
- Creativity inspirer: You are always on the lookout for inspiration to share with the team.
- Social & Influence native: You have an excellent grasp of the influencer landscape, social, trends and how best to analyse their success.
- Analytical: Expert in social analytics and acting on intelligence and insights to improve performance.
- Attention to detail: You don’t do typos.
- Storyteller: See growth opportunities on accounts and develop strategic proposals.
