Senior Data Analyst
You will drive the organisation’s reporting and analysis, supporting business stakeholders across the business. Working mainly with marketing teams, you will create recommendations for experimentation through structured testing and reporting. Your work will allow the wider team to solve problems, innovate, and prioritize work effectively, as well as measure performance.
You will use technology tools available (e.g., GA4, BigQuery, VWO, Microsoft D365, and Power BI) and the growing use of statistical and Artificial Intelligence tools within the data analytics space.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Data Analyst job include:
- Lead the reporting, insight, and analytics for the organization, providing proactive reporting and actionable insights.
- Lead the GA4, Tag Manager, and BigQuery, regularly monitor and report on key website metrics, and be an advocate for evidence-based experimentation.
- Research and analyze usage and performance of digital applications to identify opportunities for new or improving existing features and functionalities.
- Work with front-end developers to ensure that the website, GA, and Google Tag Manager are set up appropriately for optimizing analytics GA4 and experimentation platforms, such as VWO.
- Produce data visualizations to help support and communicate important learning.
What you will need for this Senior Data Analyst job:
- Proven experience in a Data Analysis role, experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and Google BigQuery.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau. Experience of using experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, or AB Tasty.
- Experience of creating new analytics processes and knowledge of marketing technology data platforms such as CRM, social marketing insights, and email marketing analytics.
- Experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or R programming would be beneficial.
