Husky's Marketing team is responsible for utilizing marketing tools to drive Husky’s business growth through lead generation and developing the company's global brand equity. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and ESG and working closely with multiple levels of business leaders, including the senior executive leadership team, the Global Marketing Manager is accountable for the planning, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives and efforts to drive growth pipelines for Husky’s products and services globally, build market anticipation of new product launches, and create Husky brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Oversee lead generation campaigns to build a robust pipeline for Husky products and services.
- Strengthen Husky’s brand presence and market positioning globally.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content that supports lead generation and brand building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
