An established Marketing Agency is hiring for a crucial CRM Account Director role on their team. You will work in partnership with one of their valued new clients in the Pet Industry and lead their CRM function.
This role encompasses strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and excellent client services skills. You will be a CRM expert who knows the channel inside out!
Please note, you will need to be able to travel to Cheshire 2 days per week and work onsite with your client.
About the Role:
- Collaborate closely with your client, ensuring a positive client experience and acting as a Brand Guardian.
- Manage the account finances, forecasting accurately, negotiating fees, handling late payments, etc.
- Project management - Manage projects end to end and with clear communication on milestones, goals, and deadlines.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance, achieving growth targets for the account and ensuring all parties are meeting key SLAs.
- Oversee the email campaign process from brief to broadcast, utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively.
- Manage the design and proofing requirements for Direct Mail.
- Monitor budgets and keep stakeholders up to date with any financial changes.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate win-win solutions for the team and client.
