AVP Workday Specialist opportunity for an HRIS specialist to join a leading global bank. My client is looking for someone who has prior experience in Workday - desired HCM, Advanced Compensation, Security and Reporting along with Recruitment, Absence, Performance and Talent.
This leading company is seeking an individual who can come in on a 12-month FTC basis to help lead and manage a team, collect and analyze data, lead on continuous evaluation, mentor and support the wider team, coordinate within the various teams, and ensure accuracy especially with regards to data flows.
You must be confident working with global leaders across the company including GPOs and COEs.
They are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, has prior experience in Workday and leading/managing teams, and who can clearly show their expertise.
