Background JAQ Group is one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce groups comprised of 4 (soon to be 5) brands.In the past 12 months, we’ve grown over 100% YoY with The Essence Vault, our primary brand, being a key driver.We are looking to add to our team of dedicated A-players based in London to continue to drive forward our mission and support the growth of our latest brand launches through the rest of 2024 and beyond.Due to recent growth, we’re expanding our team to support future efficient growth across our channel mix.Reporting to our Head of Organic, our Influencer Marketing Executive will be an integral part of driving our micro and macro campaigns forward
Main Accountabilities : - Execute a results-driven influencer marketing strategy across micro and macro profiles.
- Track key metrics such as impressions, CPM, CPE, attributed sales and other KPIs to allow for continuous optimization of our program and budget.
- Daily shortlisting, outreach and gifting to influencers and creators that align with our brand persona and vision.
- Build relationships with micro and macro influencers to get maximum value from our partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and trade moments.
- Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns.
- Handle influencer outreach, scheduling, and coordination for events, promotions, and content creation activities.
- Maintain a database of influencers, contacts, and campaign assets for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to innovate our influencer marketing strategies.
Success in 6 months : - Develop and implement strategic initiatives across our Influencer strategy to drive immediate growth within the business
- Increase and elevate our influencer output and content output across brands
- Effectively achieve internal and external benchmarking for performance that aligns with core business goals.
Success in 12 months : - Manage the end-to-end management of any given influencer activation
- Aid and develop in the 2025 Influencer Strategy
- Work towards a Senior Influencer Exec / Manager role due to growing responsibilities.

Experience & skills : - A minimum of 2+ years experience in influencer marketing within a DTC brand with a proven track record of driving results.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to collaborate within a small, dynamic team and the versatility to take on various roles as needed.
- Ability to produce reporting and present to the wider marketing team and key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and the Shopify app ecosystem
