What you’ll do:
- Onboard new Inbound merchants , understand their requirements, and suggest the best payment solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell other payment solutions to new and existing merchants.
- Maintain relationships by fulfilling clients’ requirements.
- Identify gaps and resolve issues to ensure faster merchant onboarding and smooth merchant transactions.
- Execute retention plans for churned merchants on a monthly basis.
- Maintain brand visibility across the payments market.
- Update merchants about applications, handle daily reports, and provide status updates.
- Handle day to day new and existing merchant queries and provide best possible solutions
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 2 - 5 years, relevant experience in Hunting and selling, from Fintech background, preferably online payments
- Has fair understanding of payments space
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
