Purpose of the Role:
Support the ZEISS sales team to drive Myopia Management portfolio sales within a specified region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Description of the role:
- Will be responsible for sales and revenue of Myopia Management portfolio for assigned customers within specified territory
- Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
- Building strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence
- Representing ZEISS Myopia Management portfolio to opticians, doctors & optometrist
- Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training and the above-mentioned customers.
- Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases.
- Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel.
Candidate Requirements
- Education - Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment
- Excellent Communication skills and sales capabilities.
- Open to travel extensively with the specified region.
- Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist, optometrists and opticians.
- Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
- Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
- Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
