Job Description: Cluster Manager - Store Operations (Jewellery Industry)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) for a renowned jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the jewellery industry and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the stores under their purview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple EBOs in the cluster.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Profitability:
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to address underperformance.
- Optimize store layouts and merchandising to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure adequate inventory.
- Implement loss prevention measures and conduct regular audits.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns at the store level.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and strategic plans.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all stores comply with legal and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and safety drills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple stores.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software.
