Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and enhance the visibility of our AI and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, within a fast-paced environment. They should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple projects to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaigns
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, to maximize open rates and conversions.
- Monitor email performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily social media activities, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Website and SEO Optimization
- Support website optimization efforts, including on-page SEO, metadata updates, and link-building activities.
- Work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly and aligned with digital marketing strategies.
Paid Advertising
- Assist in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and budget management.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend changes to enhance ROI.
Content Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and distributing content such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, and infographics.
- Work closely with the content team to repurpose and optimize content for different channels.
Event Marketing Support
- Assist in the promotion and execution of online and offline events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with event goals.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to help refine marketing strategies.
Collaborative Projects
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing execution, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Ads, and social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
