Tasks
Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.)
Support for newcomers and refugees
Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.) Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
Support for youths
Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Support for Indigenous people
Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
