The Client:
Our client is an Industry Leading Tier-One Property Agency and they are on the hunt for their next Director of Sales. They specialise in all aspects of Commercial Property which include some of the highest performing divisions across the country. They are looking for an experienced and qualified Director to lead and mentor the Agency Sales Division.
The Role:
- Leadership Role - lead & continuously build the division and mentor a team of Sales Executives
- Providing service from inception through to negotiations and close-offs across A-Grade CBD & CBD fringe assets
- Business Development
- Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants
- Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong network in the local Commercial Property market and a strong sense of the latest trends
- Fantastic understanding of commercial concepts, leasing & sales procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
- Fantastic knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful and strong team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
