The Role - NO weekends, NO Trust Accounting, NO Leasing, NO BDM
- Capped, manageable portfolio
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Completing Routine, Entry, and Exit inspections and reporting
- Managing arrears
- Repairs & maintenance
- Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews
- Cloud-based software

The Successful Candidate - 3 + years of previous Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills

- Valid driver's license
