About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTi’s ANZ fleet. A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager ANZ, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Oversee the governance, controls, and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles.
- Partner closely with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements upheld.
- Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Produce quarterly performance and insights reports to senior management.
- Manage capital expenditure and review month end invoicing.
- Manage data for FBT reporting.
- Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
- Assist and provide mentoring and leadership to the Fleet Administrator.
About You
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role within a growing, fast-paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills in addition to the following attributes:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong written communication and numeracy skills.
