What you'll do:
- Manage and support the technology application portfolio including Risk & Issue Management, Cost management & Cost reduction, Service availability improvements in collaboration with Service Management
- Represent the application team on major incident calls and facilitate restoration of service
- Manage ongoing requirements, relevance & opportunities to decommission
- Manage the work of the application support and application delivery team to ensure the delivery of priority activities and outcomes
- Reporting on KPIs related to Run & Change services and facilitating meetings to update stakeholders
What you bring:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, maintenance, application run and change services
- Well-developed communication, negotiation, and people skills enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong technical and analytical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment
- Experience with technical and operational tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
