The senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and executing on the distribution strategy across HNWs, family offices, and wealth groups.
Role Responsibilities:
- Self-driven, disciplined and can work autonomously to drive outcomes;
- Real people-person, who can build rapport through a friendly and honest approach;
- Have a strong focus on process and record keeping;
- Have an understanding of private markets - or a willingness to learn - and have a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory risks;
- Innovative, continually looking to improve and find new ways to engage;
- Take full accountability, can define targets and audience, are data driven, and can monitor performance;
- Proactive in contacting new leads and following up.
Role Requirements:
- A proven record in wholesale capital raising (from HNWs / FO / Wealth);
- Prior experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving targets;
- Previous experience in private capital (highly desirable).
