Main Responsibilities
The position is responsible for performing the following activities:
Trip Planning & Ticketing
- Prepares travel itineraries according to traveller requests and corporate travel policies.
- Creates, changes, refunds, and issues PNRs in GDS.
- Manages non-GDS air, hotel, car, and other ancillary content when needed.
- Complies with strict data privacy, protection, and confidentiality policies.
Customer Service
- Responds to customer calls and emails within service level agreements.
- Frontline management of customers.
- Keeps up to date with immigration and supplier policies and acts as a trusted advisor to travellers and travel bookers.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proficiency in using travel management technologies, GDS Amadeus preferred.
- Experienced in handling multi-national travellers requiring visas and complex itineraries.
- At least 10 years of experience handling corporate travel bookings.
- Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
