Pre-requisites:
- 2 years experience leading a team of loan processors or VAs
- Outstanding written and spoken English.
- 3 years end-to-end experience in the AU Mortgage Broking industry
THE ROLE:
As the Lead Parabroker your role will include but not be limited to:
- Project managing each task through to completion by you and your team.
- Managing and doing all aspects of end-to-end loan processing, specifically including lender recommendations, scenario triage, servicing calculators, loan structuring and credit analysis.
- Lead team meetings to ensure progress and manage road blocks.
- Allocate tasks and manage workload within the team.
- Train team members in all aspects of parabroking and loan processing.
- Interacting with clients and providing the highest level of client care.

Have appropriate hardware and software for the role - capable laptop, reliable fast internet with back-up, virus & malware protection, two screens, mouse, keyboard, webcam and desk.
