The Job
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assisting customers with order processing, account management.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback*k and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Adhering to company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
The Profile
Qualifications:
- Must have finished at least HS/SHS education
- Has at least 1 year of BPO experience (international voice campaign)
- Amenable to work in MOA/CEB
- Has a Driver’s License
