Job title: Subscription Admin – Hybrid | MOA, Pasay City

Subscription Admin, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing! A Subscription Admin is expected to: Work within a suite of cloud-based applications to oversee the complete onboarding process for client’s subscriptions Provide support using documentation as built out in our Cloud Club® knowledge base Provide support on the help desk, over email primarily, to both our advisers and clients Answer help desk tickets using a combination of standard replies, references to the Cloud Club® knowledge base and bespoke responses that are tailored to the unique situation Triage help desk tickets and determine if these need to be escalated to higher levels of support and do so in a timely manner, consistently keeping the client informed Close tickets in a timely fashion according to two metrics: wait time to view and respond to a ticket and length of time in responding to the request Learn and manage the various nuances of the three (3) major vendors that are resold and remain up to date with ongoing changes in software and dashboard functionality Learn and manage the various nuances of our add-on vendors that are resold and remain up to date with ongoing changes in software and dashboard functionality Accurately record all customer details in our CRM and follow our existing processes around adding clients to the Cloud Club® Bill clients against a range of products and configurations in line with the special pricing that is offered by RSM Keep details in our live billing database accurate Update price changes in the system in accordance with vendor price rises
What it takes to be part of our team: Software experience: o Airtable (subscription database management) o Freshdeck (help desk and knowledge base) o Recurly (billing platform) o Xero (accounting) o Dext (accounts payable automation) o Zapier (integration management between solutions) o Asana (project and task management) 1 year & above experience Strong written and verbal skills Love and passion for problem solving Customer service experience Interest in consulting; a desire to grow into a further customer facing role Strong customer service skills Strong attention to detail
