Job Description for Executive Assistant with Project Management Background
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee various administrative tasks and projects
- Run efficient meetings and handle time management for the practice
- Act as a liaison between team members and executive leadership
- Answer business emails and make minor business decisions when necessary
- Assist in tracking and reporting project statuses across different teams
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all tasks and communications
Requirements:
- Strong business background with project management experience
- Experience as an Executive assistant required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in relevant project management and productivity tools
- Leadership experience and skills is a MUST
Scope:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the dental practice
- Manage and prioritize executive’s schedule and commitments
- Coordinate and lead team meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and outcomes
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes
- Assist in decision-making processes, providing input based on business acumen
- Ensure all activities adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations
