Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting growth story, supporting high-level operations across multiple business units. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of information and efficient time management for key executives. You’ll handle everything from email prioritization to schedule management, allowing leadership to focus on strategic decisions. Responsibilities
- Manage executive inbox, identifying and flagging critical communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across departments and with external partners
- Optimize executive calendars to maximize productivity
- Develop and maintain data-rich spreadsheets for business analysis
- Perform data entry tasks to support various business operations
- Adapt to evolving administrative needs as the company expands
Requirements
- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in email management tools and calendar scheduling software
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Quick learner, able to grasp new business concepts and systems rapidly
- Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Flexibility to potentially increase hours as the role evolves
