QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Level Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience Prefer customer service/operations background
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Hybrid Set up until May 2023- 3x work onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manipulation of service events associated with new contract bookings to ensure proper alignment based on history and contractual term.
Generate standard and custom reports to monitor workload and service completion.
Monitor the scheduling efforts of the scheduling team and provide action plans to ensure compliance to contractual agreements.
Notifying the sales team and/or customers when scheduling attempts have been unsuccessful and work is in jeopardy.
Work with vendors to ensure they are acknowledging, executing, and invoicing assigned work.
Obtain billing information for billable work and ensuring appropriate authorizations
Schedule billable service events and monitor completion so that revenue is received in the month the work was performed.
Review service completion and ensure timely closure of service events.
Ensure service level agreements for emergency service events are met.
Maintaining technician availability so that work can be assigned appropriately.
Assist with the assignment of service events.
Maintain customer records to ensure proper site assignments and customer contact information.
Provide service reports and/or service history to customers/sales.
Provide coverage support to the scheduling team as needed.
