Duties and Responsibilities
? Processes LOA approvals via Client portal.
? Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) based on authorized limits, company
guidelines and protocols.
? Performs callouts to affected company-affiliated provider and company
member to explain non-coverable availments and other member concerns
Qualifications
- Graduate of any allied medical course;
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare or HMO setting
- Candidate must be willing to work on-site
- With excellent communication skills
