Our Role
We are recruiting a Finance Assistant to provide procedural and documentary assistance at our office in BGC, Taguig. Reporting to the Finance Assistant Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to finance department.
Key focus areas the role will include:
Perform basic to moderately complex bookkeeping and accounting tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and other financial matters Close coordination with other departments (e.g. Procurement, Admin) to meet certain tasks in the finance department Participate on the month-end and year-end closing of books. Participate on the internal and external audits. Analyse and update schedule of receivable, payable, prepayment and expense accounts. Full compliance with the quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a qualification of Accountancy degree or equivalent. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is desirable.
