Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4- year business course. At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Food or Retail Industry Highly possess skills in Customer Service, Project Management, and Multi-tasking.
Job Summary:
Identify and fulfill the needs and requirements of Mall Operations, Head Office, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and/or Third-party units of assignment. Provide frameworks, guidelines, systems and processes on building Management, Contract Management, General Services, New and Existing malls mobilization. Benchmark practices from related industries and recommend improvements on the existing policies and guidelines. Plan and execute special projects with comprehensive proposals addressing cost, quality and time. Oversee the performance of the Administrative assistants. Performs task as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
