Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Course or equivalent At least one (1) year of related working experience Possess skills in organization, customer service, and communications. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and secretarial support. Act as point of contact for internal and external clients; handle office visitors; release outgoing and receive incoming documents/deliveries. Schedule and arrange meetings. Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics requirements. Prepare cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidations on behalf of senior officers. Take charge of the requisition, procurement, and stocking of office supplies and materials. Perform such other tasks as assigned by Immediate Supervisor from time to time
