The Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing. Attend to customer asks and concerns on a timely manner, proactively check on customer experience and concerns and provide immediate solutions; document key customer concern updates and interactions using the company approved tools; proactively reach out to assigned customer base to establish relationship and capture upsell opportunities
- Collaboration. Collaborate with other teams, segments and business units to apply apt solutions
- Decision Making. Make critical decisions that is both a win for the business and the customer; Apply the highest form of integrity-based decision making, documenting and credit declaration both overt and personal
The Profile
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience as an account manager, retention specialist, sales representative or accumulated years in experience
- Account management experience, proactive and reactive is an advantage
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota or set metrics
- Strong time management, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and collaborative selling or retention skills
- Results-oriented representative who is dynamic and with keen attention to details
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willing to do night shift
- Willing to do hybrid work setup (10-11 days per month, Cubao or Ortigas office)
