Answers and directs phone calls to designated point persons.
Receives/logs/delivers incoming documents to the concerned departments.
Assists in organizing and scheduling meetings and prepares the minutes of the meeting.
Assists in drafting and releasing presentation materials, emails, correspondences, memos, letters and forms.
Submits the Daily Activity Report (DAR).
Assists in the preparation and release/submission of regularly scheduled reports.
Files document and maintain the existing filing system.
Assists in the coordination and requisition of supplies and services as required.
File requests using the related internal and external systems
Monitoring and managing of incoming and outgoing emails.
Other administrative or clerical task that will be assigned from time to time.
Conduct exit interviews.
Prepares reports / documentation related to the conduct of the exit interviews
