This role is dedicated to primarily support end-to-end sourcing and contracting process and to secondarily provide support to business units to address and resolve their problems/enquiries in using Procure-to-pay system, such as vendor registration and Purchase Requisition (PR) creation. S/he will also need to provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders as needed in order to support an eco-system of procurement process.
The role is expected to demonstrate procurement value whenever possible across the 4 key pillars:

Key responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies to meet overall IT roadmap, group-wide initiatives and strategy plan Support end-to-end sourcing activity (such as RFQ, RFP, Change Request) for new project and renewals for IT categories. Having a good understanding in the IT system/software/application/infrastructure will be a plus; Provide contract review and coordinate with vendor and internal stakeholders including Business and Legal Counsel to finalize the contract; Track and manage SOWs ( Scope of Works), TA ( Transaction Agreement) and/or MSA ( Master Service Agreement); Provide timely response and advice to internal stakeholder and vendor for issue/enquiry resolution Proactively Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure on-time response and deliverables; Ensure the compliance of corporate policies and procedures; Track and report key functional metrics to improve workflow effectiveness; Assist in implementing change and developing process to streamline work efficiency; Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Your Profile Relevant experience in FSI industry Sound understanding of complex contractual terms and conditions, as well as IT market landscape Strong people management skill and stakeholder management skill Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills A great team player, result-oriented, detailed-mind, able to work independently in a fast paced working environment and can work under pressure Good command of written and spoken English
